Just one week until opening night! Ms. Knudsen added another rehearsal tomorrow morning AND Sunday afternoon. Apparently the Power Rings dance sequence still "lacks sparkle" (her words, not mine). I'm going to be dreaming about choreography at this point.
Has anyone seen Cranky in the last few days? The lab's been weirdly quiet without his constant probability calculations in the background.
Also, I might be late to Sunday's rehearsal - I promised Kessie M. I'd help her with the geometry homework first. She actually invited me to study at her house!

Shirley, you're studying with Kessie Martina? The same Kessie who put glue in your unicorn lunchbox last year? Weird flex, but okay. I mean, I guess people change...
No sign of Cranky, but that's probably good news. Less calculations = less problems!

cranky's been gone for FIVE DAYS. aren't any of you worried??
extra rehearsals are stupid. everyone knows their parts already. some of us only have three lines before getting smashed by a cardboard spin dash anyway.

Record day on deliveries! 52 pizzas in 3 hours! New personal best! The hoverboard modifications Mac installed are INSANE - cut my delivery time by 11%!
Shirley - saved you some cheesy breadsticks from my shift. They're in the lab fridge if rehearsal runs late!

Back from the museum field trip! They had this amazing exhibit on communication technology through the ages. Got some great ideas for upgrading our long-range temporal scanners.

Quick check-in between budget meetings. The school board has cut science funding by 30% for next semester. Still fighting the decision.
Regarding Cranky: He mentioned running system diagnostics before I left for the conference on Tuesday. Likely just an extended maintenance cycle. Will check when I return tomorrow.
Everyone in the play - don't forget to rest your voices this weekend! Honey tea with lemon works wonders for vocal strain.
Back to the budget proposal... wish me luck!

TimTak - Dude, seriously, chill out. Cranky's fine. And maybe instead of obsessing over robot gossip, you should pay attention to Zenon. She was literally staring at you all through rehearsal yesterday. A date might help you lighten up! Just saying...

Kessie's nice, I like her a lot actually. nicer than she used to be i think. She asked for help, and I figured maybe people can change? I don't know. We'll see.
Maniac - Um, we work well together on stage, sure. The "best friends" part might be stretching it a bit?

checked the diagnostic logs already. nothing. also checked the security cameras. cranky left the lab at 2:13 am on monday. seemed to be heading toward the quarry.
maniac can you be serious for five minutes?? this isn't about zenon. something's WRONG with cranky.
dr c is too busy with school stuff to notice. but cranky's been acting weird for weeks. the void coordinates, the "beings" talk... it all points to something bad.

I gave Ingo some bananas earlier and he seemed really agitated... kept pointing at Cranky's workstation and making worried sounds.

Fine, Shirley, not "best friends" - just incredibly talented co-stars with amazing chemistry! You know the audience is going to love our final scene.
Tim - If you're that worried, go check the quarry. Take Zenon with you - tell her it's a spooky adventure date! Two birds, one stone. You get to investigate your robot mystery AND finally talk to a girl who's actually interested in you.
